This fabric is tightly woven with quality and the double layer allows it to hold its shape while wearing. A row of grosgrain ribbon runs along the inside for a secure fit around the head. Comes with original dust bag. Size T4 (8-13 years old). Inner circumference of hat: 21.5″. Material content: Main 100% cotton. Lining 95% cotton, 5% elastane. Condition: Amazing! A couple slightly faded marks on the outer.
