Shipping/Returns

In store pick up is free. Please allow 24 hours to process your order. 

All orders are shipped within two business days, Monday – Friday. We use Canada Post as our carrier unless you prefer another.  All parcels are tracked with a signature confirmation and $100 insurance. If you require more than $100 insurance then please contact info@thecatsmeow.com for a quote. The Cat’s Meow is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages that may occur during the delivery process. International buyers may be subject to additional duties and taxes upon receipt of goods. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. 

 

All sales are final and all items are sold as is. We are very thorough in our product inspections and descriptions but alas we are human. If you think we made a mistake then please do reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your item.
