It’s been way too long since we’ve done an ‘out and about’ post. So here goes!
We received a short and sweet email from Shannon Von Palleske, it reads;
“Thank you for helping me choose the perfect dress for my 10 year vow renewal in Heidelberg Germany”
Shannon chose a 1960’s green empire waist ribbon lace dress from The Cat’s Meow for her special day.
We have recently received a follow up email from Lisa Eisen. You may remember when we first heard from Lisa in December of 2013, as posted here>. Now we have a great shot from her sister-in-laws big day. The bride wore a stunningly flawless 1960’s Christian Dior Couture dress. Lisa also writes;

Our lovely customer Lisa had purchased a 1950’s hand dyed and sequined circle skirt as well as a pair of new Jimmy Choo pumps from us awhile back. On Christmas eve we received an email of thanks from her, she states;
“You don’t remember this skirt because it’s not being worn in skirt form. I got creative and decided to “dress it up!” Now it’s purring purr-fectly!!! Thanks Cat’s Meow, I’m off to knock Santa’s socks off :)”

Ms. Nicole Lima was kind enough to send us another snap of her. This time, she’s in her grad dress from the Meow Meow. She states:
“I would like to thank the ladies at The Cat’s Meow for helping me choose my adorable 1950’s graduation dress! Once again, I was beyond thrilled to be wearing one of your dresses! Thank you so much! Your store is beyond beautiful!”

We are really loving how many of you ladies are sending us pics lately! Keep ’em coming. We enjoy seeing our vintage dresses back in action, living again, after many years in seclusion.
Today’s email and pic is from Leanne Wood. She states the following;
“Just wanted to send you guys a quick thank you note! I purchased my 1960s wedding dress from The Cat’s Meow in November of 2012. I finally got to wear it on May 17, 2013. We had a perfect day – simple, stress-free and filled with friends, family and fun! Everyone loved the dress and it fits my personality perfectly. Thank you so much for being part of our special day! I definitely look forward to shopping at your store again.”
Today we received an email from the sophisticated Nicole Lima. It reads;
I just wanted to thank everyone at The Cat’s Meow for helping me choose my beautiful 1950’s prom dress! Throughout the night, I received numerous compliments about my dress and how I looked like I stepped out of an Audrey Hepburn movie. I was delighted to tell everyone that I purchased my dress from The Cat’s Meow! Once again, thank you so much! I will definitely be returning to your beautiful store!

We are delighted to have received an email from our customer Anthea Chan. She purchased a dress from us to attend her boyfriend’s grad formal. She chose a 1950’s rose print strapless dress to compliment her petite frame. She states; “thanks again for all your help and patience in helping me find the dress and I’m looking forward to coming back soon.” Thank-you Anthea.
Lana Mauro sent us a lovely email with regards to her wedding dress that she purchased from The Cat’s Meow. She states;
